I saw this video today and had a flashback to how I used to feel.
Using Abraham Hicks terminology, life is all about managing your emotions. I refer to Abraham’s emotional guidance scale multiple times a day.
Do whatever it takes to feel good first. Meditate, think positive (appreciate, count your blessings, exercise, listen to music, and whatever else it takes.
EFT, CBT, or whatever other tools to release negative thoughts that cause negative feelings. That is the game. To feel good by thinking properly. Thinking properly takes work and practice.
When one is at the lower vibrations and feeling bad, there are many things folks reach for. Food, alcohol, drugs, and so on. Nothing wrong with any of that but the connection is what we are looking for.
Once emotions (vibrations) are consistently higher, then it is easier to diet, lose weight, exercise, and so on.
The game of life is a game of thinking positively and feeling positively. And then do whatever else you want to do with the rest of the time!
