I love to wake up in the morning and reach for the best thought that is available to me as my first thought.
It could be about coffee. I do love coffee!
It could be about the forest on a sunny day. I do love forests and sunny days!
It could be about a nice meal or a hang with a friend that I am looking forward to.
It could be a nice memory from my past. Or a made up pleasing scenario using my imagination.
When I wake up and the first thought is positive and pleasing, the rest of the day builds massive positive momentum as more pleasing thoughts, memories, emotions, people, places, and things come my way.
This is my favorite and only way to start my day, with one small positive first thought.
I am learning the importance of saying No when I mean to say No.
Saying No to most things means saying Yes to the few things that are super important to me.
Since all things use up Time, my most precious resource, and can use up other resources like Energy, Will Power, and Money, there is great benefit for me to say No to ‘almost everything.’
Today’s intention is to focus. To pay attention to only the things that I want. To ignore all other people, places, and things.
I know that I get what I think about. So today I will choose to think about only a select few things.
I will focus and concentrate my mind easily and effortlessly on happiness, well-being, prosperity, joy, ease, abundance, satisfaction, and bliss.
