I love the post exercise glow. I love the clear-mindedness I get when I go for a run. I love the present-mindedness of running and focusing on each stride and counting my steps. I love taking long deep breaths and exhaling through my mouth.
I love thinking about the run beforehand. I love the beginning, where I savor my cup of coffee as I put on my running shows. I love getting on the treadmill and walking for a few minutes. I love my positive self talk as I get started and seeing the clock tick away on my iphone.
Running feels absolutely fantastic and freeing. I love that my body adapts fast and gets stronger every single day. My body is like Wolverine, it grows and repairs and adapts and gets bigger and stronger quite fast.
